Dromadaire Terms & Conditions:

These terms and conditions define the use of the Dromadaire application designed for Facebook, entitled “Dromadaire”. Dromadaire is edited by Publiane based in Puteaux, France. The following rules and regulations apply to all users of the Dromadaire application. By installing the application “Dromadaire”, the user automatically accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Article 1: Dromadaire accepts no liability for consequences arising from the content and sending of the Dromacard.

Article 2: The graphics and images displayed on Dromacards are the exclusive property of Dromadaire. It is strictly forbidden to use or reproduce them outside the context of the Dromadaire application. This includes graphics, images, photos, and/or videos displayed on the cards themselves, or on the Dromadaire application website and the Dromadaire website.

Article 3: Dromadaire wishes to ensure appropriate and acceptable use of the Dromadaire Facebook application. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: sending harassing, abusive, or threatening messages; sending obscene or pornographic messages or images; sending defamatory or libellous messages; sending viruses or other harmful files; attempting to steal passwords or credit card information; sending messages in furtherance of unlawful, criminal, or fraudulent activity Violations of the Dromadaire policy will not be tolerated and may result in the sender being blocked from sending additional Dromacards.

Article 4: The Dromadaire name and logo are the sole property of Publiane and cannot be copied or used without permission from Publiane.

Article 5: Dromadaire guarantees the privacy of all Dromacard users. Dromadaire will not distribute any personal or contact information. However, Dromadaire may solicit users of the Dromadaire application directly by email or messages.

Article 6: Certain actions you take through the Dromadaire application may be displayed to your friends in your profile, mini-feed and news feed. You may opt-out of displaying your Dromadaire application actions by setting restrictions on the Facebook Privacy Settings page.

Article 7: Dromadaire shall strive to keep the Dromadaire application accessible 24/7, but it is under no obligation to do so. Hence, Dromadaire can interrupt access to the application, especially for maintenance and upgrading purposes. Access may also be interrupted for other reasons, including technical issues. Dromadaire cannot be held liable for difficulties that may arise for the user or any third parties as a result of these interruptions.
