My Facebook Card by ooprint Terms & Conditions:

These terms and conditions define the use of the Ooprint application designed for Facebook, entitled “My Facebook Card”. Ooprint.com is edited by Web Printing International based in Puteaux, France. The following rules and regulations apply to all users of the My Facebook card application. By installing the application “My Facebook Card”, the user automatically accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Article 1: Ooprint accepts no liability for consequences arising from the content of the Facebook card that has been added to one’s profile or ordered from the Ooprint website.

Article 2: My Facebook Card is designed for the use of individuals wishing to use a virtual business card in their Facebook profile or printed cards through the service or Ooprint.com. Ooprint accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from the misuse My Facebook Card.

Article 3: The graphics and images displayed on My Facebook Cards are the exclusive property of Ooprint. It is strictly forbidden to use or reproduce them outside the context of the My Facebook Card application. This includes graphics, images, photos, and/or videos displayed on the cards themselves, or on the My Facebook Card application website and the Ooprint website.

Article 4: The Ooprint name and logo are the sole property of Web Printing International and cannot be copied or used without permission from Web Printing International.

Article 5: The My Facebook Card is a free service in the context of Facebook.com. Users may upload the cards to their personal profile free of charge. In the case that a user orders Facebook cards from ooprint.com, he/she will be charged shipping and taxes.

Article 6: Ooprint guarantees the privacy of all My Facebook Card users. Ooprint will not distribute any personal or contact information. However, Ooprint may solicit users of the My Facebook Card application directly by email or messages.

Article 7: Certain actions you take through the My Facebook Card application may be displayed to your friends in your profile, mini-feed and news feed. You may opt-out of displaying your My Facebook Card application actions by setting restrictions on the Facebook Privacy Settings page.

Article 8: When the user places a My Facebook Card order on the Ooprint.com website, he/she automatically agrees to the Ooprint Terms & Conditions.

Article 9: Ooprint shall strive to keep the My Facebook Card application accessible 24/7, but it is under no obligation to do so. Hence, Ooprint can interrupt access to the application, especially for maintenance and upgrading purposes. Access may also be interrupted for other reasons, including technical issues. Ooprint cannot be held liable for difficulties that may arise for the user or any third parties as a result of these interruptions.
